The pyramid says it all. Nutrition is the foundation of everything we do. Our programs are open to everyone, you do not need to be a member of our gym to take full advantage of our nutrition services. We use simple behavior modification strategies to create positive change without the stress of “dieting.” The internet is filled with fad diet plans, and there are a lot of programs out there telling you what NOT to eat. But what if we could obtain this confidence by learning what to eat using whole foods with limited ingredients? Behold, a teaching program to build life-long skills one step at a time.

HOW DOES FUELED BY FUSION NUTRITION WORK?

At Fusion Training, nutrition is the foundation that makes every workout count. Our program, Fueled by Fusion Nutrition, is designed by registered dietitian Nicole Aucoin and delivered by our trained local nutrition coaches right here in Statesboro. These coaches receive ongoing remote training from Nicole to ensure you get the latest, evidence based strategies tailored to your goals. We use a simple pyramid approach to build sustainable habits: starting with basics like hydration, protein, vegetables, and whole foods, then advancing to timing, portions, and personalized tweaks. Whether you want to drop stubborn body fat, fuel high intensity classes like CrossFit or X⁴, manage energy levels, or eat better without deprivation, our coaching provides practical tools for long term success. Open to everyone no gym membership required. Many Statesboro and Bulloch County residents choose us because our plans fit real lives busy schedules, family meals, and everyday challenges. Members often see improved energy, reduced cravings, steady weight loss, and enhanced gym performance within weeks.

Phase 1 : Determine baseline

During Phase 1 we determine a nutrition baseline. We set you up with a customized plan, and test biometrics.

Phase 2 : Ongoing coaching

Phase 2 is Ongoing Coaching where we focus on accountability and tweaking the plan to see optimal results.
